• Next Vision provides counselling, guidance and advisory services related to higher education admissions in India and select international destinations.
• We do not guarantee admission to any college, university or course.
• Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective institution and are governed by entrance exam ranks, seat availability and regulatory rules in force at the time.

2. Fees & Payments

• Initial counselling and discovery calls are free of charge.
• For full advisory engagements, fees are shared with the family in writing before any commitment.
• Once advisory services commence, fees paid are non-refundable except where expressly mentioned in the engagement letter.
• All payments must be made through authorised banking channels in the name of the registered establishment.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the counselling process.
• You are responsible for verifying the final admission criteria, fees and eligibility with the concerned institution before any fee payment to the college.
• You agree not to misuse the website, upload malicious content or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, layout and code — is the property of Next Vision or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

College names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for informational reference only.
